The Genealogical Society of Pennsylvania

This month on the podcast, I make substantial progress in preparing my Pennsylvania Ancestors Lineage Society application, hitting several checklist items, and setting my sights on several others.

Also, a Genealogical Society of Pennsylvania officer discovers that we're related! His wife is my fourth cousin, once removed. If he had any kids, they'd by my fifth cousins! The connection is among my Smith and Tierney ancestors.

Hello again! This month I share my progress in completing my PALS application for the Genealogical Society of Pennsylvania, as well, including some recent death certificates as well as some colonial-era court and tax records. Later, I lament not having contacted some older relatives who passed away in recent years.
